আমাদের লক্ষ্য সেবা নিয়ে আপনার সন্তুষ্টি। তবু কোনো কারণে কাজ বাতিল বা ফেরতের প্রয়োজন হলে, নিচের নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে। প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রে পরিস্থিতি বিবেচনা করে সদিচ্ছার ভিত্তিতে সমাধান করা হয়।
Our goal is your satisfaction with our service. If, for any reason, you need to cancel or request a refund, the following policy applies. Every case is handled in good faith based on the circumstances.
বিনামূল্যে প্রাথমিক পরামর্শFree Initial Consultation
প্রাথমিক পরামর্শ, কোটেশন ও প্রশ্নোত্তর সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে — কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই। এই পর্যায়ে কোনো ফি নেওয়া হয় না, তাই ফেরতের প্রশ্নও আসে না।
The initial consultation, quote, and Q&A are completely free — no obligation. No fee is charged at this stage, so no refund question arises.
কাজ শুরুর আগে বাতিলCancellation Before Work Begins
কাজ শুরু হওয়ার আগে সেবা বাতিল করলে সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধিত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয় — কোনো কর্তন ছাড়াই।
If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund of any amount paid — with no deductions.
দাখিলের আগে বাতিলCancellation Before Filing
কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর কিন্তু দাখিলের আগে বাতিল করলে, সম্পন্ন কাজের আনুপাতিক অংশ বাদ দিয়ে বাকি অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয়। আমাদের শ্রম ও সময়ের মূল্য হিসাব করে এটি নির্ধারিত হয়।
If you cancel after work has begun but before filing, we refund the amount minus a proportionate charge for work already completed. This reflects the value of our time and effort.
দাখিলের পরAfter Filing
রিটার্ন দাখিল সম্পন্ন হলে সেই কাজের জন্য ফেরত দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়, কারণ মূল সেবাটি (দাখিল) সম্পন্ন হয়ে গেছে। তবে নির্দিষ্ট পরিস্থিতিতে (যেমন আমাদের ত্রুটিজনিত সমস্যা) আমরা সংশোধন সহায়তায় প্রস্তুত থাকি।
Once a return has been filed, a refund is not possible for that engagement because the core service (filing) has been completed. However, in specific situations (such as an error on our part), we remain ready to assist with corrections.
ফেরত প্রক্রিয়াRefund Process
- ফেরতের অনুরোধ ইমেইল বা WhatsApp-এ পাঠান, কারণসহ
- আমরা ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে অনুরোধ যাচাই করে জানিয়ে দিই
- অনুমোদিত ফেরত ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার প্রদানের পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী ফেরত দেওয়া হয় (bKash/Nagad/ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার)
- Send your refund request with the reason via email or WhatsApp
- We review and respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your payment method (bKash/Nagad/bank transfer)
ব্যতিক্রমExceptions
ভুল তথ্য প্রদান, জালিয়াতি বা আইন লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে ফেরত নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে। কর কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক আরোপিত জরিমানা বা ফি আমাদের দায়িত্বের আওতাভুক্ত নয়।
The refund policy may not apply in cases of misrepresentation, fraud, or legal violations. Penalties or fees imposed by tax authorities are outside our responsibility.
